流行語：“一本大學”你知道英語怎麼說嗎？

一年一度的高考已經結束，相信很多考生們並沒有完全放鬆下來。各省高考分數陸續公佈後，考生們還面臨一項重要的人生選擇——填報志願（college application）。

在報考時我們經常提到“本科”、“專科”，“本科教育（undergraduate education）”，與專科教育（junior college education）、研究生教育（graduate education）構成高等教育內部的3個層次，爲高等教育的主幹部分。

而“一本”是“本科一批”的簡稱，指“在高考錄取招生期間於本科層次第一批次招生的學校”，英語可以翻譯爲“the first batch of universities for students to apply”。
