親中派總理閃辭！斯里蘭卡政爭落幕 前總理回鍋宣誓就職

斯里蘭卡政治鬥爭歷經近2個月終於畫下句點，親中派前總統兼現任總理的政治強人拉賈帕克薩（Mahinda Rajapakse）15日閃辭，先前被總統席瑞塞納（Maithripala Sirisena）解散職務的總理威克瑞米辛赫（Ranil Wickremesinghe）16日再度被任命爲總理，也宣告席瑞塞納在這場政治角力戰吞下敗仗。

時間拉回今年10月，席瑞塞納突然解除威克瑞米辛赫的總理職務，並任命拉賈帕克薩擔任新總理，提前解散國會，但此一作法遭到最高法院裁定違憲，且國會以過半票數通過對拉賈帕克薩的不信任案，讓斯里蘭卡政壇陷入停滯狀態。
消息一出，許多國家拒絕承認拉賈帕克薩政府，國際信用評級機構惠譽國際（Fitch）和標準普爾（Standard & Poor's）以不確定的政策前景、再融資風險爲由雙雙下調斯里蘭卡評級。此外，拉賈帕克薩未能在國會擁有多數優勢，讓他在上任一個半月後就宣佈請辭下臺。

16日這天，聯合國家黨（UNP）黨籍的威克瑞米辛赫在席瑞塞納面前宣誓就職總理，數百名支持者聚集在總理官邸表態歡迎。拉賈帕克薩兒子、國會議員納馬爾（Namal）在推特發文祝賀威克瑞米辛赫，「我希望他能朝着確保我們國家主權的方向來努力，更重要的是，要解決國人所面臨的問題，而不是西方國家的利益。」
威克瑞米辛赫發言人提到，籌組內閣一事可能會在未來幾天內進行，並會優先處理2019年的預算。
Politics aside I would like to congratulate @RW_UNP being appointed as the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka. I hope at least now he will work towards ensuring the sovereignty of this country and more so address issues of our people more than Western interests.
